Split Payment Form

The below form is to request a split payment method for event tickets only.

When submitted we will place the event ticket on hold and pending till full paid amount. You will be invoiced for the listed increment amount provided. Please assure that the email provided is the email that will be paying/receiving the event ticket(s).
